How to avoid Microsoft Teams to act as a multimedia application?
https://superuser.com/questions/1608218/how-to-avoid-microsoft-teams-to-act-as-a-multimedia-application
Teams behavior:
When I press the button, it triggers the Microsoft Teams ring tone (even if no communication is active). Popup contains Microsoft Teams Notification:
SOLUTION:
Go to the Start menu and search for Teams
Right click on it and select "Open file location" in my case it's "C:\Users[username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs"
In that folder, open Properties on the Microsoft Teams shortcut
Append the Target with --process-start-args="-disable-features=HardwareMediaKeyHandling"
Restart Teams
